General Booking Terms
- Booth participation is subject to booth availability, payment submission, and organizer confirmation.
- Vendors must provide true and complete contact, company, product, and payment information.
- Only approved products, services, and promotional activities are allowed at the booth.
- Vendors must comply with all instructions from the organizer, venue management, security, and authorities.
- Booth setup and dismantling must follow the time, access route, and loading rules set by the organizer.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean, safe, and presentable throughout the event.
- Vendors must not block walkways, emergency exits, neighboring booths, public access areas, or venue facilities.
- Any damage to venue property, booth equipment, fixtures, or shared facilities may be charged to the vendor.
- Payment receipts, invoices, and booking references should be kept available for verification when requested.
- The organizer may update operational rules when required for safety, venue requirements, or event management.
Event & Vendor Guidelines
- The organizer may review vendor suitability based on event theme, product category, venue restrictions, and safety requirements.
- Products involving food preparation, cooking, pets, health, beauty, electrical equipment, loud sound, or regulated items may require prior approval.
- Vendors must obtain and maintain any permit, license, certification, or approval required for their products or services.
- Booth position, booth number, and layout placement may be adjusted by the organizer for operational, safety, or crowd-flow reasons.
- Subletting, sharing, transferring, or changing booth ownership is not allowed without written approval from the organizer.
- For inquiry-mode booths or special areas, booking access may be limited to assigned agents or organizer-approved vendors.
- If a vendor does not meet event criteria, the organizer may request product adjustment, relocate the vendor, or cancel participation according to management decision.
- Unpaid, expired, rejected, or incomplete bookings may be released back into booth inventory without further reservation.
- Refunds, replacements, relocation, and credit arrangements are subject to organizer review and event-specific conditions.
- Event-specific announcements, written notices, and confirmed organizer instructions will take priority over these general terms.
By submitting a booking or payment, the vendor acknowledges these rules and agrees to follow the event instructions issued by Kosimen.
